How will the practice work?

It will be delivered via a closed Facebook group where the collective energy of Conscious Eating can be cultivated, planted and grown between us all. Each day there will be activities or teachings from me that guide us towards more Consciousness around food and eating. This will be done through activities, self inquiry, contemplation and you are encouraged to share your experiences and challenges, and ask questions within the private group. Perhaps you will have some insight to offer us all too? We are each others teachers and this is a forum to learn about our thoughts and behaviours that no longer serve us in regards to food and eating.


The 30 Day Conscious Eating practice will involve increasing our mindfulness about (and with) food. We will openly explore how our moods affect our food choices and how this then affects our moods. There will be guided meditations, daily contemplation, video teachings and the possibility of including deep psychotherapy to delve deeply in to your belief systems around food and diet.


I will also be guiding a 30 day detox/cleanse for those who would like to participate at this really deep level of transformation. This aspect of the Program is totally optional but will definitely increase your overall growth, empowerment and sense of wellbeing during the program. Full details will be given in the pre-practice week activities within the Facebook group and it follows the guidelines offered by Anthony William – The Medical Medium in his book “Liver Rescue”.
