We’ve all heard that we should be practicing meditation due to its many and varied benefits. But have you ever tried to develop a daily practice? It’s not as easy as it sounds! Especially not on your own or even with an App.
This 3hr meditation workshop is all about helping you to overcome the obstacles of developing a regular practice. It will outline how to start and alert you to the “problems” people encounter. This will help you persevere through these blocks and experience the benefits that really do exist for yourself.
This workshop is experiential which means I wont just be talking to you! You will get a chance to ask questions and to practice meditation together.
The workshop is aimed towards those new to meditation AND those who have tried and believe they’ve failed, and also for those wanting to solidify a daily practice. Its a great way to meet like minded people from the district.
The workshop will be held at the Maude Tennis Club Rooms (opposite Bunjil Lookout) on June 13th and is $55 per person. Bookings are essential as places are limited. Message me if you have any questions.
