Life is so crazy busy and many people can no longer relax! This class is the total antidote for stress, anxiety and tension of any kind. Its incredible to lift depression, reduce anxiety, improve sleep and heal trauma. Its awesome for tiredness and fatigue and it can help headaches, digestion, circulation and adrenal issues to name a few of the many physical benefits.
You WILL feel energised, nourished and totally restored.You WILL feel more connected to yourself and you body in a loving and kind way.
Its a fully guided 90 minute class taking you into deep, deep relaxation through music, meditation, silence and stillness whilst doing a series of 3-5 restorative yoga poses, like those seen in the video.
Absolutely NO yoga experience is required to come to this class and anybody can do it. The poses are all floor based and can be modified to suit any limitations a body has. Its also REALLY awesome for staying calm and restored during pregnancy. Teens have come and loved it too.
Classes are limited to 8 (occasionally 10 when demand is really strong).
